You work directly with Brayden from your first question through planning, capture, and delivery.

Talk through your project
01

Tell Brayden about the project

Send the location, type of project, and any timing you have in mind. You do not need a finished shot list.

02

Approve a clear scope and price

Review availability, planned views, file formats, turnaround, and the written quote before booking. Start with a single visit.

03

Put the files to work

Receive organized visuals for your updates and archive. If regular coverage makes sense, agree on a monthly or milestone plan next.

Scope, deliverables, timing, and price are confirmed before the visit—so both sides know what a successful delivery looks like.

Before you schedule

Practical answers for the first visit.

Every site is different, but these are the questions most project teams need answered before they move forward.

Have a site-specific question? Include it with your quote request.
Do I have to commit to monthly visits?

No. Start with one Progress Photos visit from $295. Scheduled pricing is available after you decide the coverage fits your project.

What is included, and when will I receive it?

The written quote specifies your viewpoints, photo or video deliverables, file formats, and delivery date. Site size, travel, ground coverage, and editing affect the price. If you need files for an owner meeting or listing launch, share that deadline before booking.

Where does Owens Aerial work?

Owens Aerial serves Greenville, Simpsonville, Fountain Inn, Laurens, Anderson, Spartanburg, Greenwood, and surrounding Upstate South Carolina communities. Travel outside the core area can be included in a custom quote.

How often should a construction project be photographed?

Monthly visits work well for steady long-term progress. Milestone visits are useful around grading, concrete, steel, dry-in, paving, and closeout. Many projects use a monthly baseline with extra milestone visits when visible change is greatest.

What happens if weather or airspace prevents a flight?

The site and airspace are reviewed before scheduling. If wind, rain, visibility, or flight restrictions make the planned capture unsafe or ineffective, the visit is adjusted or rescheduled before unnecessary time is spent on site.

Do you also work on one-time property or video projects?

Yes. Drone-only property photography starts at $175, interior and exterior photography starts at $225, and property media bundles start at $525. Larger commercial properties and project films are quoted for the agreed scope.
